Initially programmed not later than early 2006, the OGEL Special Issue on "Unitisation" with James G. Ross as Co-ordinator did not go off according to schedule (note n° 7 dated 07/02/2006).

To date, the Special Issue [in fact, "special feature" in current issue] (volume 5, issue # 02) has been appearing for a couple of months (available since april 2007) :
