CONCEPT : Plurilinear Boundary
The concept of "plurilinear boundary" does not exist in english vocabulary of international law.
The book headed L'UNITE DE GISEMENT deals with the mining factor in delimitations of State's territory, both on land and offshore. In so doing, it makes clear the concept of "frontière plurilinéaire" (plurilinear boundary) in order to try to explain the idea of joint development zone (JDZ) and what a JDZ means exactly in terms of international law.
